修改用户栏目
在发布活动主题，手机版用户在报名时，界面的性别一栏默认是保密，且没有下拉选择按钮，导致很多用户报名时无法提交。如何修改用户栏目的性别，让手机版能显示下拉按钮，或者默认选择性别为男，点击可修改。

电脑版报名界面，也容易引起误导，以为性别不用选择也可以提交，但事实不是。
手机版如上图，性别一栏为保密，没有提示有下拉选择的按钮。
